    I'm looking to sell my Domain, Gaming Forum DB, Unique Forum skin, VB License and also a license for VB SEO.

    I have absolutely no time to grow this forum or launch the complete site which we were meant to do a while a go (These PSD's can be included as well). The full site was going to be a gaming review site covering multiple platforms. Thus would like to sell it to someone who could take it to better places.

    Has a Page Rank of 3/10.

    The Website receives roughly 2000 - 2500 unique visitors a month.

    I've made some money from the forum, mostly through selling text link ads at the bottom.

    I would still be available to Admin on the forums as I've grown very close to many of the members and have been friends with them for several years on previous sites. I simply just do not have the time to take it further.

    Hi Leon, what are your price expectations from selling this site.. PM me if you aren't comfy posting the price here. Also what about the forum mods. Also it seems like not much has been done in quite a while.

    I'm hoping to at least make the VB forum license + VBSEO license money back + a little profit, as this site could be huge if put into the right hands! (PM me offers).

    There are no forum modifications, however the skin is completely custom.

    Not a lot's been done in the last year as I was finishing my Degree + Had to get a full time job! Registering on the forum is currently disabled
