Does not matter either it is rainy day or rainy nite the best recipe for rain is to walk with your girl in rain and k***.

I wish I could help, but I'm a total noob in making Pakodas as well.. I can provide you the recipe of tea, but I believe you don't need that.

You could make hot cocoa. An easy way to make it is with half and half (mixture of cream and milk), a chocolate bar, and vanilla. You just shred the chocolate in the half and half and add about a half teaspoon of vanilla. Warm it up in the microwave, while stirring every 20 seconds or so, until the chocolate gets all melty (usually about a minute). It's really good! :)

When it's raining, its a perfect day to make chocolate chip cookies. Add a Tablespoon on milk to make them fluffier. Its delish! Especially with milk.

In rainy days, i prefer pani puri and samosa ragda, with good spice, that will surely make the day remembered for times to come. It is a very good feeling when you eat such food in so lovely weather. The other dishes like mirchi and etc are good but this is more preferred.
