    i want to make a blog of songs who offer downloads for visitor,but i want to give the location of the download link is from other than my blog

    is it against the adsense tos

    its not against adsense at all.

    as long as you have a good content and no images or banners advertising illegal stuff then you are fine.

    leave adsense, google have deleted many blogger blogs calling them SPLOG (spam blog).
    so be careful, when u are giving too many outgoing links.

    And one more thing: my website was banned on AdSense. Reason was copyright problem.

    Main problem was that all copyrighted materials was EMBEDDED from YouTube.

    Also, in mail I've received from Google AdSense (information that my website is banned), there was one interesting thing:

    It is against AdSense Program Policy to LINK to another website with copyrighted material ...

    So, I think now you have the answer...

    Its against Google Adsense Policies and one of my friend received a warning letter from Google Adsense team as his blog is doing the same that you are supposed to do.

    I agree with you all that it may be illegal. But what about the sites like beemp3.?? Millions of users download songs from sites like beemp3, i don't understand why are such sites not banned...

    No not at all. Google adsense does not mind to have links to other sites on your blog. But links should not be towards adult material....:)

    why do you want beemp3 to be banned while its not violating any of the google adsense terms?!

    you can link to other websites but you shouldn't link to illegal sites.

    it can provide it for free download like any other songs sites.

    there are thouands of sites like beemp3 and they all are placing adsense for years without any problem.

    So you say that it won't be against Adsense policies to link to illegal downloads. Ok then. If you look at other replies you will see that most of them say it will be against adsense terms and conditions and he will be banned. That's why i asked this question.
