    I would suggest traffic exchange services. There are many out there, but I only found a few of them to be good:

    EasyHits4U
    Auto365

    The automatic ones are good if you need a lot of hits and can just let your browser run and do the work for you. Manual is good if you want people to actually spend time on your site.

    You could try free solo ads. I'm currently testing out one site to see how it goes. The site is solo-ads.com. It takes awhile to build up enough credits for a free solo ad and I'm not sure how targeted it is, but I guess I'll see fairly soon.

    go to omegle and advertise their... it'll take a bit of effort but from there people will spread from WOM (word of mouth) and just get their friends/family to view your web or whatever...
