Selling Green/solar blog 85% SE traffic $50+ month

I am looking to sell my green/solar blog.

It’s only a few months old but has a lot of work done on it in terms of SEO and gets great, targeted traffic.

Originally I started the blog as a test to try out selling clickbank products. It has sold a few but recently I added google adsense which is making over $0.50 a day. I have written up some reviews, which probably need to be rewritten to capitalize on the traffic it gets.

The blog uses wordpress and has been optimized for the search engines. Also I paid for the site to be manually submitted to directories and also used a blog commenting service.

In the traffic stats you may notice 4 days without traffic. I updated the theme to an adsense optimized theme and forgot to update the analytics information as well. I have updated the stats to reflect this.

So why should someone buy this site?

Well the best thing about this site is the highly targetted traffic it receives. The traffic predominately comes form good sources

So why am I selling this site?

Well for one it was more of an experiment then a long term project. But more importantly I have recently bought a large site on flippa and am now very short of funds.

Why can't I read the screen shot? They are too small to read for me.

BTW: In my opinion, Alexa even PR is only for fun not for professionals.

 

Not sure why the screenshots are so small must be something that happens when adding an attachment.
