Looking for seo company

    I am looking for a seo company for my website.
    I have 3 keywords in mind
    lake fishing 550,000 searches per month
    lake fishing reports 165,000 per month
    lake fishing tips 7,000 per month

    I have people tell me these search numbers are not correct I need to look at what exact match number they get searched which is much much less.

    I would like to hire someone to get these keywords on 1st page
    But i need to know the # of searches they actually get.
