Motorcycle logo&header contest: 50$+ PayPal (no hurry)

Hi,
i need a new logo for my 4 years old motorcycle parts and equipments webshop www.motovip.ro
I think it's time to redesign the look of this online shop and will start with he header and the logo. Let's talk at the begining about what you care:
THE PAYMENT: will be made only by PayPal in maximum 24 hours after i have decided the winner. We will start from 50 USD and will add 1 USD for each day passed until the final decission, even if will take 2 or 50 days. To be more precised, if the contest will end thursday, on 28 of July (Romanian time, that's GMT+2 h), the prize will be 55 USD, next day 56 USD and so on. I pay this way, because i really want to take the best decission.

And now about conditions:
DEADLINE: there can't be a deadline, so you have plenty of time to make the best design and ... take more money from me
FEEDBACK: usualy i stay 6 to 10 hours on business days on the internet, so i'll try to return my feedbak to your design as soon as possible.
HEADER: the header design is not important as the logo, but these two will come together.
LOGO COLOURS: any colours or combination; preferably will use only two of them, because this will be printed in black&white on promotional self-adhesives stickers. I like very much silver on a black or carbon fiber (black texturized) backround, but other ideas will be welcomed.
LOGO FORMAT: it will be in curves or vectors, maybe in the future i will need it for a big size print.
LOGO SYMBOLS: I don't know if a helmet will impress me more than a motorcycle contour, or maybe a badge, or a V-twin pistons engine. Any proposal is accepted and i'll appreciate the vision and creativity.
COPYRIGHT: I respect your work, so please watermark your design until the contest ends. Please respect other's work and come with original ideas. Don't copy and modify other designs! I want a unique logo.
SLOGAN: I don't have one, but if you will insert one in your design, may be accepted.
As long as it is an open contest, i will be happy the winning design to be posted as reply in this thread visible for others competitors. If you only want to PM your design there will be no problem for me, but for others.
The actual logo is readed most as VIPmoto, but the right order is motoVIP.

I like the idea with the position of the word, but what id that sign? That mult be a symbol or zomething connected to moto domain.

Thank you for your fast posting! This design will look very good as a website header, but i want an original idea for logo. Something of a stylised motorcycle or a part of it, not the whole of it. Or other parts from motorcycle domain, as a helmet, a piston or two, a headlight, something.
For all interested in this contest, please take your time and no hurry!

 

The most pleasant logo for the eye until now. THANK YOU! Can you, please, change that image with something easier to see from distance? No necessary a motorcycle, but some part of the engine or equipment?
