    "How to upgarde ur PR (page rank)??" is a simple question. the answer is "offpage SEO optimization".
    "For which keyword we have to optimize?" is a difficult and the most important question. Because u must have an idea that which keyword your required traffic will search for. U will get a lot of answers for this. but which one is the best u will not know in the begining. It will take time after u start optimization and regularly checking ur statistics.

    why not?, practically i can describe the Keywords Research importance, when you eat bread or rice, without salt noting is taste, even those who people are not like salt to take with rice, at least after completing eating rice they take one time one drop salt in their finger, without keywords how can u spread your website and content, if u want to sale your goods how will u find your customer, print media, electronics media, that's are highly cost, and how long will u invest for this types of media advertising, but if u choose keyword properly for your domain, its so faster to spread your site in the world even low cost. have a nice day......

    Doubt about keyword research? Then which one you rely more? Without keyword research how would you target and choose your keywords? Atleast you've to clarify the high paying and low paying words and about your competitors. So without a perfect keyword research you can't get your targeted traffic and clicks as well as profit.

    @Praseo gives a good summary. In general, I find SEO to be very tactical. So you pick your keywords FIRST, and aim for them with original content.
