    Five years ago the owners of the firm I work for asked me to move down to Los Angeles for a year where the head office is located,to train their executives.That request which I accepted was the moment when I knew that I was successful.They are once again asking me to move back with a huge $$$ incentive.I am at present giving this serious thought.
