If I am selling a service or product for $1, what payment processor should I use? I dont want to lose all my profits in processing fees. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

Moneybookers: I think they takes charges from payee.

    E-gold: Low Fees.

You might check out Paypal. Check out What are micropayments. They have a set-up for them.

If feasible - consider trying to offer a discount for multiple products.

Premier Accounts are charged by $0.30 + 1.9% to 2.9% USD. Not good for $1 product. You will get only 0.67$. So, upgrading to premier account will not help you.

If you are not form UK/US/EU then you will not be elegible for micropayments.

"Micropayments are currently available to merchants with Verified Business/Premier accounts who receive U.S. to U.S. transactions, U.K. to U.K. transactions or EU to EU transactions."
