Is Google +1 Better for SEO?

Yes it is because by this you can suggest your favorite sites to your friends as well so there are chances to get more visitors.

 

i think it's the newest trap for you to get banned.
if Google find click fraud at G+1,
so you get banned.

I tried its demo and find that it is just like as Face book like button. For SEO perspective, it will definitely be useful.

 

It may not look effective but the end result is related. You get possible improvement on traffic once your website has been viewed because of the +1 button. It may increase its ranking on search results especially if the searchers are logged-in using their Google account - if their connection clicked on Google+1 button, you'll be able to see which website they liked on your search results for specific keywords.

 

It is more for user purposes, i've searched and haven't found any Google employee blabbing about this improving your website's ranking.

 

Google +1 aims to encourage webmasters to build more user friendly webpages, and avoid thwarting the efforts of the search engine algorithms

 

I do not think that at the moment it is a SEO factor, but it should increase the CTR in the SERP and therefor bring you more traffic from the same position in the SERP.

 

when we talk about more natural content in search engine result pages, yes recommendations are a plus point, with Facebook likes and Google+1s you can recommend your favourites to your friends and family,let the Google+1 take some time and grow, I personally believe that in coming days nothing would be much better than natural recommendations( from FB likes and +1s) as far as the online search is concerned..

 

Well, It's just like a facebook like button. It has nothing to do with SERPs....

 

still i am waiting to get some good reviews from others to start using Google +1 button. and its just a social media site so i think it will help you in SEO. at least to get some visitors.

It is good but as far as i think many people have this thing. So its not satisfactory.

 

Its not confirm yet. Looks like + 1 is just like a like button of facebook. Hope this thing will be clear in coming days.

 

This is not have any effect on SEO. It just one way to competition with facebook.

 

As of now, it doesn't really have an affect on SEO. But that doesnt mean you shouldn't have the +1. When the button is next to your link on search engine rankings, it stands out if the links above and below you don't. Also just because it isn't much a factor now doesn't mean it wont be later. Though I doubt that it will be relevant any time soon, it can't hurt. Don't rely on it for SEO, work on your on page and off page/link building.

 

To all. +1 saves your login email address on the computer. It then can be used for other thing including tracking what you should not be doing

 

I've not known any SEO benefit from it so far.

If this is something the big G has introduced then why would they do it and not take note of it? It will have an effect on rankings, not big, but an effect nevertheless.
