    Start of by adding unique quality content to your site, then do some on page optimization and last of all off page. It won't happen overnight, but as you continue to build links and add content, you will see a difference in the google rankings, and eventually in your pagerank.

    just forget Pagerank. it doesn't mean anything anymore. focus on creating content and getting backlinks, and traffic will come automatically.
