Blog commenting is good if you are doing commenting in relevant to the blog post and if you are going to the other direction other than the topic it means that you are giving invitation to Google Panda to you site banned.
I'd say it's very good with do follow and not so good (rather than not good) with no follow. If a website was getting hundreds of natural links then there would be a mix of follow and no follow. So it stands to reason that if you have 5000 do follow links and not a single no follow one then I would know what you are up to, and so would Google. Also I have some no follows from some highly relevant PR5 pages that actually bring considerable traffic to my website. So yes follow is always better, but don't dismiss no follow totally.
hi upendraets, blog commenting helps you to get back links to your website. blog commenting is good but you should not spam a blog with unwanted comments. you should add value to the topic of the post when you are commenting.
No matter dofollow or follow. Commenting in important/related posts in other blogs good for both SEO & Traffic
Yes blog commenting is worthy If the blogs are do follow and relevant to your niche. Try to put useful provoking comment rather than irrelevant spammy comment.
absolutely blog commenting is good for backlinking. but always be sure that you comment on do follow high page rank blogs. and also make sure that your comments are not marked as spam by admin. but blog commenting is now full of spam this days. admins are now very strict today.
Of course blog commenting is important. It promotes your site more with backlinks and it also improves the popularity of the blog. I know a lot of blogs are full of spam comments, but I allow that these days because it doesn't really bother me. If it gets out of hand though, I'll delete every spam comment I see.
Yes blog commenting is very good for backlinking, especially considering that it is free! Problem is the blog owners may only allow no follow links, or they may delete your comments as spam. When i do blog comments I usually try and provide an in depth, thought out response, and throw in an anchor link here and there. They tend not to delete comments that actually reflect on their post. If the comment is on a high PR page, that's a plus too.
