    MAssive CTRs for brands possible (assuming they are the only sites that get this presentation). I can't find any other examples that render like this.. anyone got any more info?

    First of all thanks for posting this info.
    Google have to do something on this issue otherwise slowly slowly all popular sites will reserve their first 10 spots in Google search engines.

    I don't think these jumbo site links will placed with Google SERP (Due to space consciousness) where there few moree objects are rolling out ( local listings,snippets,site links,social news...)
