Hi, focus on niches, the travel industry is so competitive that if you aim for the biggest things you will never rank. that is my advice from past experience.

 

Yeah , i know someone , who are travelling blogger , they are professional traveller . MOst time they are free to go anywhere , only they need some time to write some travel tips , i like this life!

 

Travel niche is really demanding and competitive. In terms of writing content for the website, it's good to feature famous tourist destinations (for it can attract readers and travellers too)

 

i focus on various hotels on holidays. actually i focus on niche marketing in this regard.

 

Wel for working in the travel niche i guess you have to be an adventurist. you need to have traveled a lot and still find a lot of time to travel..

 

Try to focus on specific location ( take it as micro niche) and than gauge it competition level. Finally make a deliberate optimization strategy. Only than you may be able to get success in travelling sites and blogs.

 

My employer before holds a travel site and earns so much from it. By the way, it's not about planning for the tourists' travel but giving them information on where to go and best value for their money. We have partner tour agencies for that. Anyway, what we do is search which country has the highest number of tourists on a seasonal basis then research useful information about the place. If possible, look for tour agencies to be partnered on a seasonal or long term basis then that's it. If our visitors wanted to book a visit to a specific place, we have our agencies promoted on the website. I hope this give you idea.

 

i think travel industry is very competitive u need to focus on it.....
and spend some better time for making it happen
