How do I enforce changes to my Terms & Conditions?

    Hi all

I have a website which has Terms and Conditions. I have stated that they are subject to change (that is pretty much the wording i used). If I now change it, will the people who have agreed to my original, be bound to the new version. I am hoping the answer is yes!

    Thanks

When you make the new terms people may accept them or refuse them as with the current terms.

Yes you can enforce the changes, particularly if they come back to your site and continue to use it. I would be careful about giving fair notice or a warning to violators of new conditions, especially if you feel the violation was in good faith and they really didn't know.
Burning users who were following what they thought were the rules can lead to a loss of customers and upset people.
    Good luck with that.
