    Is it advisable to have Adsense on Corporate Website?
    Is there scope of earning in this case from Adsense?

    - it is all up to you, nothing wrong to have Adsense in corporate website

    Is there scope of earning in this case from Adsense?
    - as long as your website is legal site ( mean not gambling, porn site)

    I have seen some corporate sites with ads and I find it very tacky and cheap. I tend to not do business with them.

    Definitely a bad idea, that ad space should be used to enhance your corporate site's image rather than revenue generation from prospective clients.
