So, the click amount of ads varies from countries to countries. To know which keywords are searched in which countries? You can use Google trends.

    We use SERPbuddy.com - it will send out weekly/daily reports and also notifications when a keyword gains or looses certain positions that we set. So, we have some notifications set for gaining/loosing the first page, and other keywords send out notifications when we reach/loose the top 3 positions.

    Thanks for all response but my view is to check it manually in search engine without use any tools because somethmes tools show wrong. For getting exect result use manual process.
