    This is a New site (No traffic or revenue) which is on a domain which was registered in 2000 so no sandbox effect should be there.

    The domain has a Page Rank 3 and has a custom coded design as well as 25 unique articles present and a set of 25 articles which i generally upload 3 articles a week.

    So you get a Ready for adsense site with
    • 50 unique articles (Around 500 words each)
      [*]custom design
      [*]PR 3 domain which was registered in 2000
    • The buyer will also get free Directory Submissions of this site to 800 Free web directories done manually :)

    Auction : Yes
    Ending time : 84 hours from the first bid
    Starting Price : USD 50
    Increments : USD 25

    Note : Will not sell if reserve not met.
    Reserve : 720 USD
    450 USD for 50 articles + 150 $ for the domain (my bulk buying price) + 70 $ for the custom design + 50 $ for development (not included the price of 800 directory submissions)

    The site is coded in dreamweaver and we will add the additional 25 articles for the buyer free of cost as well as Adsense will be placed as per buyer requirement.

    People, why are you bidding when he's stated his reserve? I don't get it.

    Because the reserve was set later ... Still every one is welcome to bid... Might consider the lowering of reserve if the bids dont reach that level but dont think that will actually happen because a similar site with me is making around 100 $ a month adsense with just 2-3 months of work.

    Will also explain to the buyer how to promote the site to get natural SE traffic and earn through adsense (i currently make XXX$ in adsense daily :) )

    Thanks god i saw it in time and didnt get a BIN offer ... The domain was a 1996 domain and not a 2000 domain which means that the value of domain in itself being mid XXX ..

    The more older the domain is the more it is worth and a normal 6-8 years just undeveloped domain name goes for 300 - 500$
