Buying Need to fix my site so it fits all resolutions and browsers!

    Hello!

    I need an experienced web developer (HTML and CSS) with past experience to ensure that the design on my website "stays like I want it to" in all browsers and on all resolutions.

    What's a fair price for such a job? It's ONE page only (one .html and one .css, including images), so I don't think the price should be too high(?). Also, you're under no circumstances allowed to keep my files on your hard drive, upload them or distribute them to anyone after the job is done.
