your CPC rate is very low,
i think it depend on your traffic source, if it's us traffic the CPC will higher.

    good luck

It's pretty low. Adbrite mixes both cpm and cpc. So you should enable one or the other. Takes more time, but may be worth it.

my niche is music.... i dont want to use adsense because iv read that having a music site is more likely to get ur adsense account disabled due to copyright issues, so i used adbrite instead.

my traffic is mostly from UK.

I will not recommend you to use adbrite, as you will not get paid for every clicks. You can try bidvertiser.

Adbrite may be good for high CPM sites. You'll have to adjust and play along and see how it fits you.

seems you have very little traffic right?
I recommend you get some higher number of traffic before trying to monetize the site. Its much easier to measure performance when you got more traffic.

Adbrite is crap and will allways be crap if they dont do something big.

I highly suggest you give Contextweb a try. Far better than adbrite from my experience :)
