I agreed with the second and third one because I made thousand of dollars out of the third way but too much time consuming and keep getting ban for using cheated programs..xD For the second way, you have to be smart and have high amount of money to invest on domain.
The third one may not work that well. For you to be successful at gathering virtual gold, you have to have an understanding of the game and an existing account which takes time.
