    That is a leadbolt content locker. You can check leadbolt.net for the same. There are also more companies providing content locking such as CPALead.com and AdscendMedia.com .. just use their content locker code and it would be shown

    Wordpress has nothing to do with that locker. All you have to do is to signup what waziuz mention such as leadbolt, CPAlead, Adscendmedia etc.. I find it very annoying to have a content locker. If i enter such website with content locker I immediately leave the page.
