If you got 120 pageviews per day, i recommend you focus on building traffic instead. Also you should consider getting a real domain for your site.

Do those 2 things, then try again when you got more traffic.

If you doing hard work to build a good website and get traffic into it, than very first thing you need to focus on it setting up a website in your own domain, it cost very less to buy a domain and a cheap web hosting plan, but its worth to spent some money on it, and chances of getting approved will be way higher than a free blog

I agree with both of you but what i read in different places is that adsense does approve its own blogger platform though it is free hosting. Isn't that true?

You can't and won't be approved by Adsense because your website is a "bridge page". The site does not offer anything of value to users accept links to your CPA offers. It states quite clearly in the TOS that this is not allowed. Revamp the site and then re-apply. Don't keep sending requests or big G might hit you with the ban stick.

Since your site does not have much content so text ads might not work for you either, because for text ads you need to have good content too, so try CPV network, such as edomz.com whatever traffic you get, you can earn from them

Try to Sign up for Indyarocks. You can get approval for an adsense there faster.
