    yup, and great work. I am glad I got it. If you are interested, feel free to make an offer. And Joe if Diego79 or anybody else does buy it within the next couple days, you get 50% of the net profit as long as the person contacts me via DP :). (IF at all I decide to sell).

    I keep most of my sites and sell 1-2 to pay for my bills :)
