One should realize that to be statistically relevant, one needs to look at trends over hundreds or thousands of clicks. Over less than that numbers just fluctuate too much to provide any meaningful results.

Unbelievable. I just ran across this thread. Many thanks
I checked out the site above and after a browsing around a bit I got this:

Warning: file(http://www.findarticles.com/p/search?tb=art&qf=free&x=19&y=12&qt=sports+football): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error in /home/bestsite/public_html/locate.php on line 24

Not only are they plastering their site with ads, they also scrape the content from findarticles.com.
Wouldn't be surprised if that whole website consists of more than 5 php scripts generating pages on the fly.
Not only are they cheating advertisers, they are also stealing content.
Wonder why Google doesn't crack down no them

    Hi,

Since this site is currently down preparing for 'something big' to come (i.e. version 2.0) can anyone recommend an alternative in the meantime?

    Cheers ....

Interesting question ... the guy had to change his domain name from adsenseblacklist(dot)com to adsblacklist(dot)com otherwise google wouldn't let him have Adsense Ads on his site ...

Would that be the same if you had a domain with the words PageRank in it??

It looks like it would be the same issue with PageRank.

    From the Adsense TOS ( https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms )
    From http://www.google.com/permissions/guidelines.html
PageRank is one of the listed trademarks.

They're not Made-for-AdSense sites but they use AdSense to promote their sites and they get paid when people visit the links on their sites. And yes, they pay very little, slightly more than MFA sites.

Yes, I do remove them (this kind of websites) by adding them to my filter list. They do not improve my visitors' online experience.

You can easily identify this kind of websites by looking at their favicons (the small icon besides their url in the address bar).

    ;-)

I doubt you tried new abl?

I recommend that you just generate list with all default options selected (without keywords). By doing so, you'll get alexa top 200 mfa and lcpc sites (as reported by ABL members).

It works great for me. :)

I'm glad you announced it already, it's really nice service to help publishers get rid of MFA sites

hmm, I can't seem to run into that problem with my explorer, which version of IE are you using?

I recommend you use firefox, as this site is best viewed and best optimized for that browser.

    yeah
i checked its urls and found yahoo on their list.
i have no idea how yahoo can pay 0.01... or relate to MFA.
I think this list is not accurate.. some people may add their competitors urls, even they pay more then $0.10.

i just try to be carefull with it, if some one pays 0.01 to sombodys website, it doesn tmean they pay you as well a little.. the most u need to check is keywords.. then traffic and pr of your/somebody else websites.
