I want to do this with demo #2. Once logged in via the frontend the user can post/edit/remove property listings, and update their own details. - all of the functionality is in demo #1 so I will be giving both themes for the developer to maybe copy/paste the functionality over to demo #2. You said you have purchase the theme from Templatic that means it is in demo 1. And as per ur nfo, you want the demo 2 to be like demo1. So if you have a theme like demo 1, why do you want to change. It seem either you have not provided accurate info or I hv not understood it correctly. So please clarify.
