    Does a site's alexa ranking help when applying for an adsense account or is it just google rank that matters? My site's alexa rank if 63k.

    The only thing you should be aware of when applying for an adsense account is Google's program policies. Alexa ranking neither help you nor disadvantage you from getting approved by Google adsense team. If it's not a porn, gambling, hacking, drugs, or any illegal things on your site then you are fine.

    Never, Alexa ranking doesn't affect on your adsens application forum !

    Bad / Duplicate content, low number of visits, or your site has content that are restricted by Google may do negative effect on your application.

    There is nothing to do with alexa, Alexa is only way to know how much traffic a website got.

    I have tried to sign up adsense for 2 times but never succeed! I do not what Google like for my sites to be accepted!

    Alexa rank is a all together a seperate thing it is just to tell the over all rank where your website stands ,applying for google adsense you need to make sure about the terms and condition .
