Buying How much would you charge to make a site like this?

    I am in the exploratory stages of creating a new website just like PatientsLikeMe.Com.

    How much would one charge to create a site like this from top to bottom.
    The site must:

    1. Allow users to signup, and in their profile select more then 500 diseases or symptoms.
    2. site must be able to match users based on their symptoms and health issues.
    3. must have a forum
