i think about to draw a comic , but does it earn any money or only can sharing ? if only can sharing also nevermind . can i using blog to sharing it?
Of course you can make money with comics online, but you must look for the right information. Look for documents about this matter.
In principle, you can sell a comic book or ebook, but it shold be extremely valuable and unique. Think about it, you have to compete with a lot of free jokes/cartoons sites out there. Another way to make money is to sell advertising on your comic site, if it becomes hugely popular.
Comics cannot make money. There are billions of pro comics that never made a cent, what you're expecting to happen to an amateur's comic?
if your comics are indeed mind blowing you should try. Keep in mind however that there are tons of talented artists out there who do this just for their personal portofolio, without getting any profit from this. Again if your work is really really good, i'm sure there are ways to monetize it!
ya , clades & stefffff . a lot of people say never made a cent , but i wanted to share my story other people watch . i scare ever how popular it is and it never made a cent
Depends on how you go about it. You could focus on getting a site with the right traffic and build your fanbase, then starting selling some special issues.
There are so many comic sites out there, the competition is going to be pretty fierce for you to dominate. However, if I was you, I would pick a specific type of niche in comic books and then base your site off of that. Then, you can even offer some type of affiliate program where your members will earn commissions for referring others to buy your comics in the niche you are building them around. The first round of business is to actually build the product so that you can contact other comic book site owners and offer them a JV (Joint Venture). When you are ready to launch your comic book site, you will want to have quite a few JV's behind your launch so that they can help spread the word and ultimately create a buzz. JV's don't work for free so you will definitely need to come up with a good strategy on what you can offer them. Maybe a 50% - 60% commission on any sales they bring in, and a copy of your comic book. Be sure that you have created a final copy of your comic book or books as JV's will want to review the content in there to determine whether or not they would be interested in promoting your website. Once you have developed a steady flow of constant traffic to your website, you can even offer paid advertising on your website to your members or visitors that want to capitalize on the traffic you are receiving. Good luck!
