    keep posting a content (depends on what are you going to do with your site), unique and original content is preferable....building backlinks and a little bit of patience is also needed..

    1 if have't original content but more backlinks
    2 if have't backlinks but more original content

    If you're looking for PR rank alone, you need backlinks and lots of it! But to get indexed and/or ranked on Google search, you need content. The speed at which you get added will depend on your backlinks.

    It's best to have unique content. Do research to determine if your keywords are difficult. It may be very difficult to rank for.

    Time is also essential. Give Google at least a couple of months. Find ways to build backlinks or pay someone to do it for you. Keep building backlinks gradually.

    Posting a unique and regular content is more preferable to me, if you have a lot of backlinks but they are not content related to you then it's a waste (maybe not but at least that is what happens to me hehehe..), one sure way for fast PR is submitting an article to Ezine or similar site (Ezine will seriously evaluate your article before they approved yours), make a unique article and related to your website content and just add you site as signature, if approved then good try 2-4 more article or 2 article a week, your choice and after that watch your backlinks and your site PR rise up fast, NOT that fast, patience is the key here as for index or Google search i think i agree with tiressearch said you need content...good luck man!

    google loves unique content, so keep on adding content which keeps your reader coming back to your site. Build quality backlinks, article submission will also help

    start commenting on other niche specific blogs, buy some banners and links(if you can) on other blogs/sites with similar niche that you got, and try to get many links as you can from other websites/forums/blogs etc.
