    My sites has disappeared from google it was fine before 3 days.

    Can any one clear me why so? it there any major changes in search engine algorithm .

    Well your site is their in Google's index so are you talking about the rankings?? and yes Google's Panda algorithm is going on which is a very major algorithm.

    You website is in index and it was cached last on 25th June.

    I think your website is penalized by google for some reason.
    I check a snippet of your home page and found that it is duplicate, so, this might be the reason for drop in rankings.

    Or this may be temporary ranking fluctuation, three days is very short period to jump upon any conclusion.
