    Its a publicity stunt.. And a dangerous one.. Unless Google, Microsoft and AOL are using exactly same technology Transcenic, i.e. it meets every single claim on the patent, Transcenic gonna lose the case pretty straight forward. You patent technology not ideas.

    Agreed....it appears that Google had to smear the street view map for Germany because of privacy issues. Is that true?
