    It is because there are existing many rss feeds from DPForums!
    For Example: normal Joomlasites also have a RSS Feed, they are no blogs, but you can find many Joomlasites in Blogsearch, because of RSSfeed.
    I always submit my normal Websites also to such searchengines. It is a must.
