Chat Live Support

I am thinking of using Chat Live Support but was wondering if anyone can recommend a few before I make my decision.

We have a client that uses BoldChat and they seem to like it. It was easy for us to set it up on their site and the price was right.

 

I've read good reviews about LiveZilla (and it's free, too)

 

I'm going to have to check into "LIVEZILLA"...free is good...very good!~

 

I highly recommend checking out Olark. They offer a free version.

For a free software, LiveZilla is really the best option. Might be a bit difficult to get it setup but it works fine after you did it

 

If you are looking for something free, then LiveZilla is your best option.

Hey, you can also give Comm100 Live Chat a try. It's not only free, but also hosted, which means you need not to install it on your own server. Just sign up for an account, then you can use it on your website. Easy to set up.

 

We're using Livezilla and have been happy with the software. We didn't run into any problems and it's easy to manage, add new employees etc.

 

Livezilla is good buddy so my vote is for this

Well, there is always "Live Person" alot of bigger places use it though and is not cheap lol but it works.

 

Yes, my vote goes for Live Person.
"Live Person" is the BEST chat application i had ever used. We do use this application for providing 24x7 online service & support. It have many excellent features and tools which help to track details & activity of all visitors browsing our website.
If you are ready to spend on paid chat application then go with Live Person.
