    i actually think that all of the directory submissions are uselles. why bothering with links wich have no contribution to the seo? it is better to find
    one good usefull link than a hundred directory links.

    Although in most cases homepages of domains receive the majority of incoming links, but whenever possible getting some direct links pointing at internal sections of websites would be very valuable indeed, especially if those net resources have been used to target long tail key phrases and commercial terms. If you take a look at websites with lots of inner pages, you will find them employed to target dozens of phrases and each of them is found to be powered by lots of incoming links.

    There are some directories which offer free and paid linking bundles, the ones which contain more than one single link to be added to homepages of websites and if you can, why not getting them. If your homepage has been used to target a few main terms, by adding links to your internal pages, after a while you will find their rankings and overall traffic shares getting improved because of the established backlinks and this is a technique most big portals are using today.

    the importance is nothing. the quality of link like that is allmost zero. it has no relevance to your site and only have links.
