    One has the scroll bar. The other does not. Hence the shift. You need to force the scroll bar.

    Once your page height will increase becuase of a long post the scrollbar will come. As you can see in the other URL that you don't have a long post over there. Just decrease the size of the post or increase the height of the page in every single page. this way either you would have the scrollbar sidewide or not.

    Do you people know why its happening or you people just throwing stones in the air.
    Its happening because of margin-left or padding-left in the body css or that padding and margin may be in any of the other elements also.
    Its not due to height

    The following css makes your pages to have scrollbar irrespective of the height. Hence the jump will not be there if the page is shorter in height than the browser view area.
