I'm thinking i need some pro help to get my website meadowsorganic.com performing as it should,... but budget is very tight & I need to get the most bang for my buck.

What methods/providers should I be looking at to maximise my value for money?

Your best bet is to try and do as much as you can manually, then outsource the rest directly. These days that's what most "SEO experts" are doing anyway, you just need to get a basic understanding of SEO, then once you've got an idea of what you need to do to optimize your website, it's just a case of finding people to outsource this work too. If your looking to deal with a single person for the complete optimization of your website, send me a private message with your budget and I'll see if we can work something out. :)

First thing you should do is get rid of the flash. You can do things on your own. Check out woorank dot com for a good SEO analysis of your website.

I would not get rid of flash. It looks good. But modify the template to allow you to add some more words to your home page. Right now there is too little content on home page.

Best advice is to learn here and other forums - it would probably be cheapest. You can find people over here who would be ready to do link building for you. Make sure you understand what you are getting and the risks associated with it.

alternately you can check out diyseo - its for people who want to do their own seo.

    hope this helps.
