There doesn't seem to be much wrong with it. It loaded for me in about 5 seconds. Considering the whole page (including javascript etc.) is 1.55MB in size. The biggest files are mod_gadget_common__en_US.js and ifr.htm (176Kb & 166Kb) - not sure what these are, but I guess these are needed though.

It may just be your internet connection?

I don't think there is any issue regarding the loading time. I just checked it on different browsers it is ok . you might have your connection speed low

If your site have unnecessary Gadget, then you may decrease the loading time by removing them.

Compress your images, use java script and CSS externally, avoid flash.

Possibly the best thing you can do to speed up pages for repeat visitors is to allow static images, stylesheets, and javascript to be unconditionally cached by the browser. This won't help the first page load for a new user, but can substantially speed up subsequent ones.

You are using Google's servers. Be forewarned they are thinking about changing and perhaps deleting sites on blogspot.

You can reduce the number of post seen on your home page and can also try changing your theme. And all the unnecessary widgets should be removed because 16 seconds is a crazy amount of time for a site to load. You should try to keep it around 2-4 seconds at max.
