    A hosting website needs to be easy to use with clear information. I prefer a high tech look when I'm looking for internet services because if it looks high tech I assume they know about hosting,websites, etc. but that's just looks :) Hope that helps. Good Luck.

    yes i suggest to dynamic you can changing in dynamic site and not changing in static site so dynamic is best.

    Dynamic website is best for web hosting company it works very well and easy to understand for your client that's why it is good.
    Static website is very simple designed not look very aggressive.

    Hosting site requires to be easy-to-update. When you use a static HTML site, you need to rewrite a code each time you need to change anything. While dynamic sites based on certain CMS are better for this purpose.

    If there are continuous updates then dynamic site is necessary, if the site contains constant data then static website.

    It's not so much the site, but really the content, and following the search engine rules for good positions by updating content frequently and getting good backlinks
