I would appreciate if DP members would take a little time to review my blog.

http://www.mymostvisited.com is a site where I am attempting to build a useful and resourceful tool for visitors to find the best the web has to offer, but not necessarily the most popular.

Could I get some feedback please on the following.

Design and theme.
Content.
Writing.

 

Design and theme: Clean, minimalist -- I like it a lot. You might want to add an image in the header to let reader's know what the blog is all about, because the title alone might not suffice.

Content and writing: Didn't read that many of your posts, but just from the writing I'm guessing that you are not a native English speaker? There are several grammatical mistakes that pop out quickly, and some of the sentences are phrased awkwardly or just unnecessary. I'd recommend using a in-depth grammar checking tool to correct the errors in your writing.

I think you have some good content but although like Osprey says you have a clean and minimalist design I think the site lacks some personality.. maybe some kind of logo would help a lot. Also I recommend you work on your META tags, you just have the title in and that's just the site name. There are plenty of good tools you can find here at digital point under the tools section. Good luck!

 

The blog looks great, its looks like it would be a great site to visit. I think you should look into getting a logo or a banner it would really make the blog a lot more appealing. Also when you start off your post please don't start it with "For this article..." That is a big No No especially when writing an article or blog. Just try to talk to the audience like you would talk to your friends, it don't have to be super formal.

 

great blog but add some more interesting pics and color in your blog.

 

Simple and relatively neat, I like the concept. It's good that you intersperse screenshots throughout your blog posts - viewers might otherwise be deterred by walls of text. Good luck with your website!

 

I do appreciate for specially the content and cleanness of layout, nice blog, i didnt find any wrong with that.

 

I really like the idea. Very creative.

Design and theme - not a fan. Too plain for my taste.
Content - good content so far but you need to keep updating. Only 3 posts
Writing - good writing style and no apparent grammatical errors

I am a native English speaker, in fact - I am English. So are you sure the problem isn't that it's not 'US English"?

If you change your website layout every thing will be alright.
Design and Theme is very Simple
Content is unique
Writing is also unique.

But you need to work to create relevant back links so far.

Tumbler is awesome! I think it looks really professional. I'd like to see some more personality - pictures and so on.
