    Why are you not already selling links already? A PR 5 site is very valuable but with your current revenue you are asking for a hundred times monthly earnings. I am not saying your site isn't worthy, but a little more justification for the massive price would be nice.

    I could sell links , if this was the only work I had and only site I had to look after !!! :D Now I have over 57 sites in my active inventory and many of which are over PR 2 and a few over PR 5 mark. and I am more interested in creating new sites and generating revenue from those then maintaining these sites... without extra ordinary link building and great content I can't reach PR 6, so I am not interested in spending too much time and effort in building these even more .. in a way you can say I need more funds for other stuff ... :)

    Its not a dropped domain or fake PR site !!! even those sell for more than that :D !!! Still looking for Serious Buyers ...
