Next have off page seo do some articles 500 words and submit them to sites good way to get traffic and good backlinks. Next do forum and blog comments make sure they are related to your niche if possiable and do follow which most sites are now a days. Next create a facebook fan page do some ads for instant traffic. It may be do follow but the traffic is targeted. I wouldnt submit your site to sites. I let google find mine now a days especially with google panda.
