    I saw it on somebodies blog since that i would like to know how he can do that Please tell me how to do it.

    Pixazza is one of the most popular way to make money from Images and it works like Adsense, where it share the revenue with publishers. It shows adsense ads and related ads from affiliates and when ever a visitor end up buying any stuff, by following ads from your images, it will make money for you. Also it displays adsense ads which will generate money for you. Like adsense it works as revenue sharing.
