How can I check if a domain that is going to expire soon, Wont auto register it self?

    There is any tool to check if a domain have auto-register feature? Like there is on GoDaddy auto renewal?

    And if so,

    There is any nice tool to "Hunt"/"Buy" this domain in the second the domain is "Free" and expired?
