Need a full time SEO / Online Marketing expert help

Hi,


My company has 4-5 clients that need Online marketing and Search Engine marketing. I am looking to develop a long term relationship with a SINGLE person (no companies please).

My budget is about $1400 per month. I am looking for:


1. have 3-5 years experience in online marketing and SEO/SEM
2. have excellent command of spoken and written English
3. Have a proven track record of increasing traffic AND sales for websites
4. Know how to use social media to increase web traffic
5. Understand that good content is critical, and be able to create valuable content (blog posts etc..) to promote my clients sites on blogs and forums.
6. Have experience with PPC advertising and PPC ROI analysis
7. Have enough technical ability to upload podcasts and submit RSS feeds to sites
8. Be able to document their work and create plans
9. Some website management and customer service may be needed.
10. Have experience using contests, coupons, and affiliate systems to increase website traffic and sales
11. Be very ethical
12. Have experience putting together SEO audit reports

The candidate will work with me and my SEO associate here.

We are looking for the right person ASAP.
