Cheating by Creating Dupliate Yahoo Login page and Spamming

I just got a message from someone on yahoo messenger whom i never added :
His/Her ID : pooja_puji12 and he sent me this message
pooja_puji12: jobs for all - techinterview.info/login/

When you open that page it links to a site which uses iframe and shows yahoo mail login page, and he is trying to get all the yahoo logins of visitors this way

Isnt this kind of page illegal?

Original page iam referring to is doregama.info/yahoo/

His homepage has all Illegal Music download links here : doregama.info

His .com also has a illegal music/software downloads forum here : doregama.com/forums/

He is the same guy who once copied my friend's website and we caought him in this thread - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=99810&highlight=techinterview

I guess there is no chance to kick these A****** out of the web

Does anyone know how to proceed so that more people are not cheating by logging into this duplicate yahoo login page

 

Send a complain to his host.

 

Did the same last time when we had a problem in this thread too http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=99810&highlight=techinterview and they didnt respond, when i had to finally call him

Do you know how to report to yahoo? because i guess this kind of pages are not allowed.

that is very bad i dont like this kind of hackers and cheaters.This reporting will not work lol.I got his address and phone num from 4 months old thread i just gave to my frends in Viskahapatnam ,they will meet him and explain this type of things are wroung and illegal.One guy is playing with me also in yahoo i think this is that dirty guy.

 

Don't waste your time, the site will come down and he will have a new one up on another host 3 minutes later.

 

yes that happens and mainly indians take it easy.

 

I Just called him up.Told him i am calling up from Cyber Cell Andhra Pradesh .I dont think he can sleep tonight.

 

LOL in 5 minutes after my call he removed it from server

 

Finally got a response from yahoo

Seems this case is clear now.

Good that you got it all sorted out!
So sad that still so many people will fall for things like those and probably would have their yahoo accounts hacked.
This person could get every email from address book and...

Is there nothing legal that can be done to punish such people?

 

Report to Cyber Cell India . They will Arrest Such People who try to hack Passwords or private data.

 

Been there, done it...makes no difference unless its a BIG crime...

BIG = Messing with a politician or high class person.
