For top ecommerce platform, you should go with magento. Feature rich solutions gives you total control over you online store.

Magento is resource eater. For pay and download you might consider old, good zen-cart!

I would use Wordpress and WP eCommerce. It has all the options you are looking for. Also I would go with the first option and sell it directly rather than using the CPA lead option. The second option is likely to turn people off.

If you can manage to set up a wordpress site, there are lots of e-commerce themes that you can use without needing to know programming codes (they come with instructions and sometimes forum support).

Market theme has a demo you can try out: Wordpress Shopping Cart - Wordpress Ecommerce - Market Theme
Templatic have a few ecommerce themes, and you can sign up for a free test site to try them out: eShop | Templatic
ShopperPress is another one to check out: Wordpress Shopping Cart - ShopperPress

These are all paid themes; you can get free ones but they 'll have more limited features.

    I would suggest OpenCart.

It is great and very easy to operate even for simple person who has no link with programming.
