    Since it's adsense earnings I would say the worth is 8 - 10 months projected income. So yeah, around $9000 sounds about right.

    yes all of you are right about this project, but if i just calculate its 12-15 month revenue, it will cost for 11-1200$. Unfortunately, It has been sold for 8500 $.

    Think of the buyer too, he have to run the site for 10 months to bring out his investment :)
