    I'm the creator of these blogs and my TOS specifically state you cannot sell one of my blogs for less than $17 per blog, unlike your other threads here at DP. Also, you can only sell them IF you have purchased them from me personally and I don't recognize your info so, if you didn't buy the blogs from me then you don't have the right to sell them.

    Since you haven't replied to my PM, I thought I'd post here. I don't want to have to take this to the mods.

    I ended up winning this auction and not seeing the additional comments. Did I buy a stolen site? If so please let me know. He also will not respond to my messages and will not give me the domain registrar info etc, he just sent the files and that is it.

    Hey jedediahd i got scammed by him.. (currently reported to paypal.. wont respond) as you can see ^^ Member Baobob is the owner of the content he sells on his site.. unaware to us Makke created several auctions get money for them and ran off when eveyone noticed.. have you paid yet?

    Hi jedediahd,

    I don't know if he/she stole the blog but I sent him a PM asking to show proof he purchased it from me (not the PR 2 domain, but the blog itself). I state in my Rights that one can sell the blog ONLY IF they sell each one individually for $17 or more. So, this tells me that if he bought it from me, he's intentionally ignoring my Terms but most likely he got the blog "illegally" from a warez type forum perhaps and is trying to sell them cheap.

    I've already sent the Mods a message but they obviously aren't doing anything about it.

    The fact you bought it for $18 means you technically have the right to purchase it from this guy but the fact he started bidding at $1 means from the get go he's gone against my Terms. Also, he never replied to me, and sounds like he's not replied to you either so I'd say you got scammed!

    As Laverack1 says, this guys needs to be banned!

    Just to update.... still no response from him.. i paypal claimed it to dispute.. (no idea if this is being looked into) still no word from anyone its all very quite i see the member in question is on everyy now and again please leave him bad itrader this shows everyone else hes not trusted at all intil mods eventually ban him

    final update from me.. after some time.. today paypal finally resolved it and the money was returned.. Makke is still a scammer and he should be banned

    Hope anyone else scammed gets money back etc
